Our Support for Young People aged 16-17
We help each young person transition by providing a customised support package that we regularly evaluate. The amount of assistance a young person receives is based on their evaluated needs and risks. We offer adaptable support for daily activities, and for those with more complex needs, we can provide an extensive support package that includes up to 24-hour assistance.
Young people have access to accommodation along with a support bundle that encompasses key working, access to services, learning opportunities, development of life skills and education, support to secure appropriate employment, and engagement in recreational activities.
This assistance includes guidance on maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle, ensuring safety, managing finances and accessing benefits, and fostering personal development, setting goals, and pursuing aspirations.
